All of my murals are completed free-hand. I sketch out the design using chalk and scale it up from my iPad with a tape measure and my eyes.
I truly believe I am using my artistic abilities to their full potential by doing it this way. If my client trusts me, I trust myself to make their dreams a reality.
MURAL OVERVIEW
Step-by step of what you can expect from your mural experience with me; Alexia Campbell:
1: We will schedule a free initial consultation (preferably in-person, on-site of mural). A phone call consultation is always an option if needed. You and I will discuss your vision during this time.
1a: Measurements will be taken of desired wall.
1b: Discussion of a rough estimate will occur during the initial meeting so that everyone is on the same page. Final pricing will depend on multiple factors i.e.: commute, size, intricacy, color variety, wall material (brick, gypsum, etc.).
1c: Timeline for on-site painting will be discussed as well.
2: After the initial meeting, if you wish to proceed with me, I will kindly request a 50% security deposit (goes towards total and will be seen on invoice), as well as the signing of a copywrite contract; if applicable. Once a rough draft of a design is approved, I will create a detailed invoice with final numbers for you to look over and accept.
3: Once the final invoice is agreed upon, you and I will work hand-in-hand to perfect and complete the final digital design.
NOTE: This process takes time. We will work together by revising the digital design many times. I am determined to encompass your vision perfectly!
4: After design approval, a date to begin on-site painting will be set.
